Checking Your Student Out of School
If you know in advance, please write a note specifying what time you need your student in the office and the reason they are leaving. The student shows the note to their teacher to be excused from class and brings the note to the office to check out. When figuring out what time you need your student please take into account the time they need to stop by their locker and travel up to the front office, also if they are in PE they will need to change their clothes

If you don’t know in advance or forget to give your student a note, please give us a call with as much advance notice as possible. That will give us enough time to locate your student and have them waiting for you in the office so you can get to your appointment on time! This will also minimize interruptions to classrooms, when parents come in without warning we have to page into the classroom and that can be disruptive.

General School Support
PARENT FUNDING SUPPORT IS NEEDED to maintain a strong instructional program for our students. This funding support is used to maintain instructional technology, to help make field trips possible, for classroom supply costs that exceed our general district funding, and to purchase student planners.

The student planner is used to help teach organizational and time management skills, as well as a communication device between school and home. We understand that some families may find this contribution to be financially challenging or may choose to contribute in other ways, and therefore please know that these are not required.  We wanted to thank all of you that were able to pay the general school support. If you haven’t yet and are able you can check with us here in the office or pay online with our new SchoolPay system click here.  All money stays here at Kelly to help Kelly students.
