Yearbooks for Sale
If you haven’t purchased your student’s yearbook yet time is running out! Kelly’s yearbook is a full color, hardback book full of memories of all the fun activities we have had at school this year. If you don’t remember if you have purchased one you can check with the front office, the cost is $25.

Library Fines
Fine slips for lost library books have been given to students. Please note that library fines stay with your student through all their school years and they aren’t given their high school diplomas until fines are cleared up. Some students currently have fines on their record from the elementary school they attended. Some so please take the time now to look for the books and turn them in or pay the fine.

8th Grade Promotion
Monday, June 17
The recognition ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m. in the outer gym. Evening events are planned only for the 8th graders, their families, and staff members. The Promotion Party will take place from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m. and will be held in the small gym and cafeteria. Parking is limited in the front of the building so we are opening up the backfield for parking.  You can access the backfield from the west end of the building off N. Park.

Tasteful Dressing Guidelines
Attire for the evening is good school clothes. We do not want anyone to feel unable to participate because she/he does not have fancy clothes. Keep in mind this is a middle school party, not a high school prom. Please use the following guidelines.

Nice pants/shirts

Not Acceptable:
Formals, strapless dresses or tops
Low cut bodices, backs, trains
Visible bra straps
Revealing midriffs
