Registration is officially OPEN for Middle School Track & Field through Friday, March 21!
Please register your student for our 2025 Middle School Track season using this link to Final Forms  and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.

Meets and Practice Information

Track practices will begin Monday, March 3, and will take place Monday through Thursday from 4:00 to 5:20 PM. Wednesday practices will take place from 3:00 - 4:20 PM. 

Important Dates:

• 3/20 - Dual meet #1 (must be registered by March 6 to participate)

• 4/10 - Dual meet #2

• 4/17 - Dual meet #3

• 4/24 - Dual meet #4

• 5/1 - Sub-Districts

• 5/8 - 4J Middle School District Championships

• 5/16 - Oregon Middle School Meet of Champions @ Corvallis High School

FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current.

2. Pay the $100 participation fee separately through SchoolPay which is linked here. Or please reach out about the track participation waivers! We do not want fees to get in the way of anyone participating.

3. Eugene 4J school district requires OSAA Sports Physicals to be on file dated after 5/16/2023 in order for all  students to participate at practice and/or meets.
