Electronic Hall Pass (EHP) Pilot — Save the Date
Save the Date: Electronic Hall Pass (EHP) Pilot Information Webinar
Thursday, November 13, 2025 | 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Hosted by Eugene School District 4J

We invite you to join us for an informational webinar about the Electronic Hall Pass (EHP) Pilot Program.

During this session, we will:
  • Explain what the EHP Pilot is—and what it is not.
  • Share updates on how the pilot is going at the four high schools and one middle school currently participating.
  • Provide information on next steps and how feedback will be gathered.

This conversation will help families understand the purpose of the pilot, how it is being implemented, and what we are learning so far from students and staff.

Virtual Event: Here is the Zoom Link
For more information, please visit our website. Here is the link.

We look forward to connecting with you and appreciate your partnership as we continue to strengthen our learning environments and support student success.

Halloween Candy
Please talk with your students about Halloween Candy. Some students at school have severe allergies to nuts and soy, even being in an area where these ingredients are present can lead to severe health emergencies that can be deadly. We do not allow candy, or any food in hallways or classrooms at Kelly.
